The ss24 Venere collection takes its name from the Roman goddess of the same name. The source of inspiration for my looks is Greek culture – in which the dress was considered an expression of refinement and elegance – and Venus herself, goddess of love and beauty, symbol of elegance and feminine sensuality in sculpture.
One of the symbols of Venus is the rose that I wanted to include in some looks.
The elongated flower, on the other hand, recalls the outstretched wings of the Greek sculpture Nike of Samothrace.
The theme of the shell is always connected to Venus. Botticelli, in fact, portrays her in the painting The Birth of Venus on a shell.
For the evening line I maintained a simple style that recalls the Greek one, adding points of light.
The colors are fresh and trendy, as are the fabrics, which remain light and soft even at first glance.
The result is a collection for a woman who wants to enhance her beauty and that the dress must not hide. Sensuality, refinement and elegance are the key words that describe each individual look.
